Orchestra Fees and Required Paperwork - payments will not be accepted until 8/16/21
Payments and Paperwork are due Monday, 8/30 at 7pm - Required Parent and Student Meeting in the MRHS 9th grade cafeteria - please enter through the 9th grade center.
Following the meeting will be separate stations for payments, online Charms assistance, paperwork, private lessons and much more...
Please bring water donations to this meeting! Every family should bring one case of bottled water - this will be for student us for the duration of the school year.
*Please note we cannot accept payments through Charms* READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY: 1) "Fair Share" is paid to the Booster club via Square, check (to MRHSO) or Cash (clearly labeled in an envelope with name and amount and placed in the Orchestra rm. lock box) 2) Course Fee and Instrument Usage Fee can only be paid by KISD Pay N' Go - if done incorrectly you will need to request a refund through the District and pay again through the correct method.

Orchestra "Fair Shair" $125 - pay with check to MRHSO, square or cash (put in Wooden Box in Orchestra room in an envelope clearly labeled with Student's name, amount of money, what it is for)
Katy ISD Orchestra Course Fee $25, Pay N' Go only
Katy ISD Instrument Usage Fee (cello and bass students only) $80, Pay N' Go only
Handbook Contract Signed by both Parent and Student
Extra Curricular Travel and Insurance Form
MRHS Wardrobe Garment Bag $25
All-Region and All-State Fees and Paperwork, TBA
UIL Solo and Ensemble Fees and Paperwork, TBA
